it's not compressor surge ya jackass, if you actually knew what you were talking about cpompressor surge only occurs while under boost, the reason it sounds like this is because i had the turbo filter off, and it caused it to force more air into the turbo creating a stronger release in pressure to bov...
So in short terms it surged. only time BOV flutters is it being incorrectly adjusted with the side effect of compressor surge
