I have a 1990 kx 125 and i use TRANSOIL SAE 10W30 so i think it should be the same for your bike

its not that hard to go thru a puddle without losing speed. its called take it down a gear or just give it gas and wheelie over it thats what i do and the back tire stays planted to the ground because of all the wieght being put on it and less force from the water slowing it down
