It's sometimes a shame with all the tampering with sound on music production now, cuz it's kinda shocking when you hear it in it's complete rawness, and you wonder why the vocals aren't spot on. Anyhoo, Matt's big roar-type notes were amazing, just a shame the backing vocals are quite painful and the whiny singing parts (which I love btw) can often go a little off when he's live. Still, best band ever and one of their best songs from what I think is their best album

I just listed the whole album. The Wicked End is one of the better songs on the album though. My personal favorite is Bat Country though.

No it wouldn't. That's what gives A7x it's uniqueness. Even though they're not the first or only band to harmonize, they really have their own style with it. It's actually musical contrary to most other bands hitting as many notes as possible and ending up hitting a bunch of notes outside of the key signature. They think about both the musicality AND the energentic aspects of the music.

yes. one of the notes he plays around the end of the first repetition of the main harmony, he was supposed to play a C#, not a C. if you understand music theory or know a little about musical notes and stuff, then you should be able to understand what i'm saying. if not, just listen to the first main harmony and then listen to the second main harmony and you'll notice a difference. listen closely though
