@Kuukelikalle jump sideways left or right and then turn 90º in that direction. A bit useful. However in this vid the guy is using it a lot, so if you want to be like him you ought to master it :)
at 0:39 either use springboard or speedvault the antenna next to it, then jump on top of the pole sticking up to the very left of the rooftop. from there you can speedvault the big vent and save aproximatly 1.5-2 sec.

you play the game a totally different way- you go the same roots as required for 3* (or the way i went anyway) but i don't get how you sprint so fast
