@FoxRacinf4 yeah, The B13 SE-R is just as fast 0-60 as the B15 se-r SpecV. this is despite the 35 more horse and 47 more ft lbs of torque. B13's are wicked light and the SR20DE engine has massive potential it's a tried and true engine nissan used for MANY years. where as the QR25DE is a good engine. but the potential isn't as good because of many problems they get at higher numbers due to it being fairly new.
I trapped 110 in this car consistently, but on street tires couldn't cut anything better than a 2.1. 60ft. On slicks it would easily go 12"s. And I sold this car about 2 years ago so I don't have more videos lol
Wow! Thats super fast. A stock 1.8 or 2.0 might not even post a time within 4 or 5 seconds of this and its FWD too. Mid 13 seconds is about what a Challenger R/T or Mustang GT stock would do in a quarter mile.The owner knows what he is doing unlike 90% of the other tuners with their big rear wings, fart cans exhaust system and body kits.
i actually missed 5th gear specv0686, not 3rd. it didnt need slicks for 12's, that was a 12 sec pass if i hadnt missed 5th. i had slicks but never got the chance to use them before i sold the car.
@specvser004 In order to have a 12sec pass you need to be trapping in the 107 or better mph. Have you got any new vids of you trapping higher than 90mph.
i do believe that a 13.4 is really good for that car. he is under pressure with all the cameras n shit. hes not a professional driver. i was impressed. that car has a 12 sec pass for sure. the difference between fast and slow is a 13.0

I've seen this video a LONG time ago. I believe he missed a gear and got out of it in order to go easy on the motor and tranny hence the aweful time. He's getting flamed big time for this video. I honestly would have posted up another personal track day to show what it can do with that SC61 turbo he has. He doesn't have anything to prove but I'm sick of seeing a properly boosted SpecV get roasted because he simply "Missed a Gear"!! Come on now.

Stock bottom end = a crankshaft that came in the engine from the factory. Crankshafts are found phisically in the bottom part of an engine hence BOTTOM END

the ford had the Boss 302, the dodge had the 340 and chevy at the time had the DZ 302, which was a destroked 327. in trans am you couldnt run anything over 350 or 360 c.i. which is why we used small, high revving, big bore V-8s and was still able to put out the same amount of power as a big block. next time, take the time to do some research before blabbing about how V-8s rule and imports suck and yadda yadda yadda. youre just being naive thinking that

It's been in production since 1964.5, and it's a damn American icon. It has plenty of prestige. The Mustang is an American symbol as much as it is an automobile.

yea a stock evo with a VERY good driver runs mid 13's, but that AWD helps out....plus i ran a mid 13 letting off and coasting the last 150ft of track, trapping 90 mph lol. its a mid 12 sec/110mph car on a good pass. yes its a sentra, but as much as i love evo's, an evo is still a lancer.....

wow u act like evos are tha shit. dont get me wrong their nice and fast but their not all that. a boosted specv will beat a stock evo all day

you may be right saying evo's are faster however what fun is it to go buy an evo off the showroom floor and say your faster then a sentra, I have a turbo specv and im so much happier with my car even if it is a little bit slower because I built it, I didnt buy an evo I built my Specv. BUILT NOT BOUGHT

mitsubishi's have one of the best aftermarket supports out there...
i dont know an evo owner that isnt building his shit right now!

how many people do you know with evo's, or how many people do you see with evo's I mean I have much respect for the car, but too many people have them, I like to be different, I mean that may just be me, but I get sick of seeing evo's everywhere i go same thing over and over and my turbo specv stands out because it is different

To me it doesn't matter what car I have-- I'll build it anyway, but I feel exactly what you're saying brother. It's always cool to see your car that's supposed to be slower go side to side with the one that's supposed to be faster
