Daddysgirl432 your are very lucky to be going to a one of a kind school. The IB program is outstanding and has some of the best teachers you could find any where. I hope you take advantage of the opportunities to give back to a school that will give you a top notch education. From the Alumni Association.
that's going to be my new school next year . I'm very excited ( especially about the IB program )! Even though i'm going to be moving from georgia and it's going to be a new town (sort of , i was born in st.pete and lived in miami and other towns till i was eight , but we moved to GA ) and a new school on the very first day of high school ... i still feel very lucky to be going to HHS :)
It was a great school when I was a student from 1977 to 1980. Still is a GREAT looking school today-so much tradition and pride! GO BIG RED! Hillsborough is one beautiful school! I hope the students there now have as much pride as the Class Of 1980 still has!
@mrmofo4 coach Moresco was my wrestling coach , coach Barnes was football in 74.the wrestling and football season was the same in the 70s so we had to choose one or the other back then.i wrestled 2 and football the last year.O Brien was hired in 74 as a wrestling coach
WOO! I hope we won last night i didnt get to stay... i had to sell cookies to help with fundraising for cheerleading. Game the 16th against chamberlain! lets kick their ass! hahaha
I graduated from HHS way back in 1974. Feeling very down tonight because my best friend just sent me an e-mail that his mother had just passed, With my mother having just months to live just adds to my mood.
My days at HHS were probably the best days of my life. I was taught how to think for myself rather than just pass a test.
Having no A/C was brutal and the steam heat coukd put one to sleep. Rember the annual turkey day game with Plant Hign and the Alma Mater ..
im going to be freshmen there, im so happy i am a bit scared but its a new chapter in life so ill deal.i wish for those of you that are going, good luck.
