@Ryoku75 Well...not really. The Orchard claims that they own the copyright to it. The actual owner should be Sony/BMG since they reissued it on a compilation in the early 90's. There is no such thing as a public domain recording in the U.S. due to conflicting state and federal laws. I'm in the process of taking public domain statements off of my videos since I just recently found out that fact.
