@thegirlygirl233 These are polymer clay canes. I make them and sell them on Ebay. I am a Polymer Clay Artisan. It really is an amazing process. Once the cane is made and reduced to the size you want (small for nails, larger for jewelry) you semi cure (bake them) and then you can apply them to your nails, as shown here. Hope this helps :)

@Specialribbon i cut them with the silver cutter i used in my other video , you need to use a sharp blade, any type but be cautious when you use it :)
