@Chris2456100 Er, excuse me? Though the game I'm playing is indeed a Kaizo hacks, no other modifications to the game were used to play through this. All the glitches in this video are possible in the original game (assuming you can find a place to do it).

@MultiElsaelsa LP is short for "Let's Play", a follow-along playthrough of a game. There's a couple different forms of LPs, with screenshot LPs (the original Let's Play, it was basically a person playing through a game using screenshots of it and text to talk about it) and video LPs (a recorded playthrough, usually with commentary or text written over the video).

In the rope jumping level, when you grab and jump off ropes you stop momentarily, but when you spinjump off a rope your momentum carries on, so couldn't you use that to your advantage to go faster when you're jumping off thin air?

I love how these stages are almost impossible. You must be ace to pass this. Only in Screw City, it looks like you are moon jumping.

But can't you do something with the desync sound? Its realy annoying to follow the gameplay while the sound is so off. If you don't know how to fix it pm me, I might have a solution. :)

@Kainiet Well, its a problem with Snes9x's sound recording system when working with long movies, and I can't get a better codec right now so its kind of stuck like this. :\

@Kaizoman666 Yes you are right it is a snes9x problem but you can avoid it. Just stop the avi recording every 10.000 frames (press pause > end movie > start new avi recording from that point > press pause again so the game/ replay will continue). When you do it that way you'll end up with more AVI recordings but thats not a problem because you can combine them afterwards in wmm or other programs.

I have to say, I like that even in the level where you were basically on a fixed timer you still took your time to show off, certainly made it more entertaining to watch.

@Ashanmaril There's a glitch with ropes where running into a solid block from the side will let you climb anywhere in the level, as long as you don't get on another rope or leave the room.

romhacks belong to the "branch rule" and well known ones or hacks which show of what tasing does are accepted
