first, yes! Plastic Bertrand is belgium.

second, it might be rubbish but the lyrics are actually very funny!!! cos he is making fun of one the most rubbish french -supposively rock- band : TELEPHONE. and TELEPHONE is rubbish music!!! and they were serious about their music. Plastic is not serious about his music. so he is great!
