Dynamic MMA has relocated to Unit 140-7951 Alderbridge Way in Richmond. It's a HUGE location with tons of mat space for rolling, a full real octagon, Olympic Weight Lifting equipment, change rooms, a pro shop and more. It's skytrain accessible and has a ton of parking

There is no strict answer... But our youngest student is 13.... the 4:30 and 5:30 classes have lots of teens training ...call or drop-in anytime!

LOL about the "yuppie" comment! What does that person mean?!? Dynamic's a great school. The students are driven to excel and the coaches/instructors have real experience and knowledge to impart. I highly recommend Dynamic.

haha......actually yuppie nights are monday, wednesday and red neck nights are tuesday, thursday. Weekends they mix and everyone glares at each other but so far so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard about this gym, the only mma gym that has a drop in fee as well as a membership. Dont think its called dynamic anymore.
