I got my wok in the Chinese store. If you are in Edinburgh, UK, you can get it from HingSing Chinese store in Leith.

@haiyan99 Hi, Have you tried using a lightweight chinese cast iron wok? it's only 1,5 kg. Keeps heat better.
Another suggestion, have you tried to season your wok? the manufactureres coating isn't that healthy to consume in foods.
Otherwise it looks delicious.
