North Koreans know that their present tanks are outdated no match to South Korean K1s so it's no surprise that they developed their own 3rd generation MBT. Considering the fact that NK cooperates with Russia and Iran, they could acquire some good military technology (such as Russian export T-90s and/or its components, Iranian sourced Fire Control Systems). The question is how many of these tanks would actually be built and delivered to their units.

Russias military complex routinely deals with many countries that are not supplied by the West (Iran, NK etc.), weapons developers also closely watch and learn from all conflicts and improve their wares. Good example was Isreali intervention in Lebanon where Merkavas were succesfully countered by Russian state-of-the-art Kornet ATGMs.

It's when a producer who has a bias on a certain topic will take parts of a documentary, and edit it to take things out of context, and favor his/her point of view. There are "pockets" of starvation in North Korea where food supplies don't reach but that is far from saying that the whole country is starving. We have pockets of starvation right here in the US and an estimated 32 million poor, homeless people. Who is reporting on that?

These are Pokpung-ho tanks and are acctulaly made of scrap from t-70s and t-80s. But they are acctualy quite good tanks.

It is not starvation it not fear...it is owner which keeps country and a nation going....north time will come.....as I Pakistani feel that it is about time that we take some lessons from north korea. Besides most of the damage that has been done to Africa has not been done by us, we were involved in Africa in a few instances during the Cold War to combat communism and it is possible we might have caused damage to the African continent.
