Great review of Rushfit. I started with P90X a couple of years ago and just picked up Rushfit. I have another 3 1/2 weeks to go to complete the program and am really enjoying this workout. I still like to throw in the P90X Cardio X once in a while, but the Rushfit workout gets everything all at once. My flexibility isn't the greatest, but these exercises are helping a lot. I am 61.
Oh yeah, I made a little music vid of some of the exercises. :)
Right to the point... I have done p90x, insanity, tony one on one, and now I am on insanity with body combat on my cardio days.. and I love it... is not to grow a lot of muscle but like you said, you will definitely burn some calories... thanks for the review it was great!
I've almost done a week of it and been doing rushfit one day then p90x the next day, just for fun. starting to feel really good. I'm just doing until I get into shape before I get into MMA.
@NightHawk0730 p90x and rushfit are obviously too different "conditioning" style programs. p90x and insanity are more towards the "beach body" type of conditioning as rushfit is more of the MMA/Kickboxers/Boxers training. either way both are good workouts... but if you want a true workout learn some good crossfit training and throw some cardio into your workout and you will have a body like gsp... but he will still beat your down
I did P90x ...twice...I did a lot of One on One workout...tried Insanity (really not my thing) and now I'm doing Rushfit. Love the fact that it is 45 min long. and very different from Beachbody products...variety is the spice of fitness and Rushfit bring a lot of variety. Good review. Cheers
@tegman7 true. Once you've done with the bulking up fad , Rushfit's true fitness takes you through the grind. I really feel like I can get Brad Pitt's fightclub physique with Rushfit.
