I don't think Obama has decided yet. But think of it this way: IF he decides to cancel the Raptor, he would be doing more harm than anything else. 100,000 jobs lost as a result, at least, from many many companies. Not only would he be jeopardizing national security, but he would just be fucking up the economy even more.

Yea the USAF says it needs a certain amount of raptors (exact numbers escape me right now) but they're only getting funding for about half of that
