  • CHUCK NORRIS has been to the SUN

  • ultraman has been to the sun

  • this is easily my favorite planet

  • @makinbacon855 The Sun is not planet, it's a star ! ;)

  • @superyab A shiny ass star.

  • @Holygamer344 Lol ! I think I try to bite it, then ! ^^

  • @superyab You would'nt eveb get within 20 million Kilometers of it because it is THAT hot.

  • @makinbacon855 FAIL !

  • A P O L L O

  • سبحان الله

  • سبحان الله

  • @hedo4ever Whut the o.e"

  • our paradies is becos of this hell

  • sinister happyface at 47:00

  • shitloads of advertising and no sound on vids - is this what we can expect more of from YouTube in the future?

  • Sound can not travel in the vacuum of space. If any celestial body produce a sound -vibrating or whatever- no one would hear it.

What we perceive as sound is just a disturbance in our atmosphere, waves travelling through air.

  • nerd

  • haha! anything but

  • lol

  • Amazing

  • wow this is some herd talking going down im lost

  • just beautiful

  • imagine i person sitting in a hot air balloon , now imagine the sun being about the size of the persons eye ball , compare that to the size of the hot air balloon , and that is how big canis majoris is

  • ebolacrash

yeah...its simply amazing HOW vast and incredible our universe is.......awesome!

    :)

  • ok i just realize i made a mistake in my last comment , the size comparison is correct but the wrong star what i meant to compare was Betelgeuse , however what is even more amazing is that Betelgeuse is extremely tiny compared to Canis Majoris . in other words we as humans do exist on a sub atomic level compared to this super giant .but what really gets my brain turning there are bigger stars out their that we can not see

  • the vastness of the universe blows my mind........:)

  • This is just awesome and also the conversations about sound in space is interesting...I agree that we can feel and not necessarily hear, but our senses are intertwined and one feeds the other...let alone our imagination of what is when we see it and not hear it due to years of training to fear great loud sounds here on Earth.

  • A guy told me he was going to build a house on the sun.

I told him it would burn up.

He said: " No way!! I'm building it at night!!"

    - Uke Man

  • Simply amazing to see such a volatile existence in space. The sun god shall arise once again in the morning.

  • am i allowed to watch this? my mother told me to never look into the sun lol

  • The lord.. Science ftw!

  • it's mazing what the Lord creates

  • The only thing better than that would be if we could see such dig vid photography with real actual time sound eruptions.

  • there woudn't be any sound, sound cannot exist in space, sound in space would be in a different form.

I think oxygen is needed to produce sound

  • Think in these terms, julian; If you were deaf, and were inited to a Rock Concert, you would "feel-it", I know as have stood right in front of speakers years ago, but I'm not hearing challenged;nontheless I felt the "vibes" man!

  • well thats what i was trying to say, as u wouldn't hear the sounds but ud feel them if that were possible for u to be close enough to the sun, either way we feel the "effects" of the sun in terms of light, heat, and by wind

  • Yes but feel gravity-waves to which I refer, as if say, the sun coming nearer passing then receding, similar to doppler effect could we feel reflected or refracted gravity, similar to feeling a train engine pass;not wind buffetting your hair clothes form;not humming thumping of its giant engine pistons slamming back and forth; not feeling the ground vibrate from weight, but the atmosphere, with or without air to oscillate. Our eardrums pop elevation gravity near then further. Up a hill then down

  • don't we have technology that turns vibes into sound?

  • When the grader plows snow on your street you can feel it right? as well as hear it. When in a summer lightning storm you can feel the thunder right? Tell me you never, but just only heard it, then why did you get so scared? You felt it too!

BTW see :ancient ufo paintings charliegee1111111111

  • 1988 The Old Farmer's Almanac has an excellent story re:when your sittin still,...you ain't!

Consider, the egg shape planets orbit of our sun as it is speeding along and we with it. Gravity of the sun must be of course massive too. Be well.

  • there is no air in space!!!

Now that i got that off my chest, yes the sun makes big vibrations, but there is nothing to vibrate. You can be standing a inch away from the sun and you wont hear it.

This is different from speakers because a speaker has air to vibrate. There is no air around the sun.

Now you can hear the sun if you touch it. Or maybe get close enough where there may be partials around the sun that could transmit sound.

But i say again, you cant hear it. Not even the vibrations.

  • actually they can hear the sun

  • they have devices to hear tones and other types of vibration that the universe produces. it's very cool. the earth even produces different types of tones.

  • 1 u would burn up before u got to hear the sun

    2 keep an open mind

3 radioactivity we have ways to make that into sound(i think)

  • If the maker of this vid added the real sounds of the sun also it would then be so very cool, even if, those sounds were set to mimic the events such as solar promininces.

  • 911 was perpetrated by CFR's Jewish Mega Power. David Rockefeller is the mastermind of the whole operation. They intended to defend U.S. Dollar by means of eliminating Saddam Fussein who implemented Euro to sell oil instead of U.S. Dollar. The same Jewish mega power would initiate another 911 fake terror to protect their interest. They may actuate such bogus terror in Asia very soon. Thus, we have to stop them. by Richard Koshimizu

  • Do you have any pictures of the sun at night? :D

  • ummmmm the sun always shines but that would be cool until it completes it cycle

  • is this real or computer generated

  • mindboggingly cool. props.

  • nice.. all i can say...

  • 2;30-2:40 just freaked the shit out of me! It looked like an angel/girl feeding some snake-like creature wtf! And I am a christian that's why it did.

  • Impresionante...y pensar que si no fuera por El no estariamos aqui gozando un pullero!!!

  • I'm not quite certain if this is true, but I was told that earth is just far enough away from the sun to sustain life of about a mile.

  • woah

i cant imagine seeing the sun in real life its about 200 or so times bigger than earth

  • Outta this world :) Great video. The only thing it needs is a music bed.

  • Some like 'em hot, some like 'em young, some like it in the... in the uh... Hey, isn't there suppose to be one of those gigantic, space-sucking, galaxy-gobbling, black holes in this film? Sunshine, sunshine...makes me feel fine... now who would like to feel mine...And yes, this film makes me feel HOT!

  • ahhhhh...nice and warm!
