  • Hi. I don't see the tab in the info box....

I see remarks about what is wrong with ultimate guitars tabs. I'm a little confused by what you wrote as to what to change in the ultimate guitar tabs. Also, you mentioned something about an E minor should be an E chord? Where is that in the tabs. Thanks!

  • click more info and its the link at the bottom, all the info is there and in the video, i explain which chords to ignore on the tab and what to play in place of them, good luck!

  • Thank you very much for the help!!! I had a hard time figuring out the a5th chord. Did you get this from Ultimage Guitar? They kinda screwed up. Instead of the E5th, you used a E Major. I agree, you cleaned that up nice. I'm pretty sure the Chorus should be "E B5 F# A5". They skipped the F#. Also "So much more to say" is the start of the Bridge, and that's "C A5" not a B5th. The line "Half the time the world is ending" is the Pre- Chorus. I don't wanna sound preachy, Thank you So much!

  • hey i'm 14 years old and i've been playin the guitar for quite a while now.. i've been havin a real hard time finding a song that i would enjoy playing.. well i found a couple songs i would like to play =) perfect by simple plan and untitled by simple.. its just idk how to play 'em..lol. Can you teach me? Please!!!=)

  • i have those on the request list and will get to them as soon as i can, take care

  • ...and by F#5 I mean F#minor. More changes and corrections to come as I work the rest of the song out. There are some subtle changes to the chords if you watch how Gaving plays it here on You Tube. He also plays most of the song barred higher up on the neck. I'll figure out the barre chord positions and get back to you with the proper voicing and phrasing. Best, JK

  • hey buddy, thanks for the help, i left a lot of that out to make it easier for beginners, i try to stay away in these videos from the #minors and sus's but you are right, thats how you would play it correctly, thanks for the comments bro, take care jk and thanks for the support

  • Oh and also in the "bridge" the first and third chords are both Csus2 on the 3rd fret not the B5 like the chorus as you said here. Check it out and you will see that it is correct. Thanks again for the vid.

  • Nice job and thanks but in the chorus you have to change to the F#5 before the A5. I've retabbed and rephrased this and will change it on the tab that someone posted on Ultimate Guitar. The chorus should be E, B5, F#5, A5. Let me know what you think? Thanks again for the vid. JK

  • i like it, but i played it the waayyy easier way i think haha.... check out my video for an easier way to play it.. u can kind of see the chords i used, but if anyone wants me to post a tutorial, i will. check my page!

  • good deal man, ill check out your vid, and definately post a tutorial, im all for helping others learn guitar whether its through me or anyone else, it will be appreciated by a lot of people if you post tutorials, take care bro

  • hey how do YOU try to switch from a regular chord such as a G or a C to a barre chord?

  • i try to find a common finger, like the most common open chord to barre i use is a C open chord to an F barre chord, so i play the open C which has your middle finger on the second fret of the D string, and that same finger is on that same fret in the F barre chord so i keep that finger as my place holder

  • okay...so there's 1 thing i kant figure out... how do u bar? bcuz i held it down and it didnt sound 2 goodd......=] so help wud b nice =]

  • hey its tough at first to barre, but you can check out my question and answer video because i cover things to make barreing easier on there, let me know how that helps

  • hey bud, i have that on the list now, take care

  • thanks for this tutorial, on the page it says F#5, but the chord on the page seems wrong. What you play is a F#m, right.

  • yea ignore the F#5 i just play a F#m and it sounds better i think

  • Thank you again man to teach me learn my favorite song.Thank

  • you are welcome, take care

  • thnks 4 doin my request bro

  • no problem man

  • Two things:

    1) Your bridge, where he sings "There's so much.....", that's actually a C5 instead of a B5.

    2) You completely left out the part at the end, where Gavin is singing, "Love Remains the same." He plays E5, B5, D5 to Asus2.

  • cool man thanks, im gonna put that in the info box so people can see it, thanks for the help, take care
