It's actually Sai (not Sais). No plural in Japanesse culture.

you know i use the sai and you know i call it sai's too because its just sounds retarted to call it "sai" when your using more then one i normaly use 3. im not in japan. so their for im not calling it sai im calling it sai's. ( And a note to the author of this video GREAT JOB!)
