Bunce is a good guy, you haven't factored in the obvious things that should be in there, like the UK has one 6th the US population and nowhere near the resources.

Bunce does know his stuff and is a massive boxing fan.

Dirrell didn't get robbed in Nottingham, he deserved to lose, he's a poor ambassador for US boxing, he has no heart and does anything he can to win without fighting, blame Showtime and Dirrell for the loss if you want to blame anyone.

Bunce is cool, Froch to get stung by Showtime.

@bigslynhs In my opinion Dirrell embarrassed himself, he could have nicked it but I understand why he got penalised.

As for Bunce, he knows a lot of behind the scenes goings on in boxing, he hosts his own show and loves the sport, forgive him for being patriotic, as for Roach's sincerity, you'll have to wait and see how long he wants to know guys that are destined not to be great?.

We'll know more after London 2012 either way! assuming the rioters don't burn down the arena!

yeah but america has 5 times bigger population than the UK. the fact that the USA has only 2 more medallists, suggests amateur boxing in america isn't doing that great. but maybe american boxers are more likely to enter the pro ranks a little sooner.... im not sure why bunce is saying that about roach, he's not the brightest guy in the world..

@rozza12320 I know we are not as good as we were in the 70's and 80's but we have had more success in the last 3 olympics. For him to say Freddie Roach would "Cut his arm off" to coach the UK team who in the past 3 olympics have not done as well as the Americans is STUPID.
