@crusty529 HHO is water split into gas. My bubbler didn't get all of the water out of the hho gas so yes, water came in through my carb air intake along with HHO gas.
The white on the plugs is a definate indictaion of a lean running condition. This is good for fuel economy but also means you exhuast temperatures are increasing. Whatever small amounts of water that are making it into the engine should help counteract this, but it needs to be minimal. Also, the hydrogen being produced will want to bind to some of the hydrocarbons during that atomization process of compression. This might also be slowing the burn down. All in all, really cool stuff man!!
hho burns hotter than gasoline. could contribute to melting plugs. also, valves may become an issue next, as gasonline has oil put into it, to help keep valves from sticking. they used to use LEAD for this, but now they use synthetic's. its almost like you need to figure out a way to balance hho, so that when the vehicle turns and abrupt stops dont cause water to go into the engine.
Living within ones means and being content shines thru your vids so I find your approach to life and energy endeavors worthwhile and inspiring. HHO hyboosting tends to clean out your emmisions and engine varnish deposits, so other contaminants may be involved. Also, youve had electronic meltdown to factor in. Keep a good watch over your plugs if you replace them and make perhaps fortify air intake filtration. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to more videos from you!
To make sure there is no water going into your again you could build like a secondary bubbler but whit no water in so it will collect all access of water... you see what I mean? ;-)
I like your style, man ... cant say I care much for your life style, but to each his own ... but your video provides good insight and entertains ... beats the hell outta watchin' the nonsense on TV ... thanks ... look forward to another installment whenever you get around to it ...

I did note that the plugs with a wider gap didn't foul out so much and I wish I knew why.

You are not the only on with burnt out spark plugs. I saw another video earlier today that had the same problem.
Have you figured out what may be causing this yet?
