Its a smudge on the camera. It stays exactly at the same spot in the video even as the camera moves the "ghost" stays in the same exact spot on the screen throughout.

Agreed its a dirt spec on the lens....u can see it move accordingly with the movement of the camera and it fades away when the camera is pointed onto the platform (away from the dark spot)

It looks like a shoe. In all these ghost sightings these people could have gotten a much better shot but they havn't, why? Becouse they know that if they film it too close or for too long they know people will see that it isn't a ghost.

if it is anything it might just be a worker checking the break shoes on the train before it departs. I work for a railroad and that happens quite often. There's enough room under the platform for a worker to hunch and walk along the train. of course this can only be done if the train will be in the station for a while and not planning on moving before the worker gets out of harms way. That is so long as they value the worker's life in Japan.
