practice rudiments. move them from your hands to your feet. eventually combining your hands and feet into the rudiments. para diddles are the best ones for that.

timbaland stylez, nice!...like tha fills, accent on hh and tha multiple hits on crash...i can simplify it!...halve the hh note and use one hand on it instead of 2, still play accents, use simple fills and hits on crash, while playing the same beat, build it up to ur comfort zone...sounds tha same, but obviously not as good!!
