Bonny (the original) is not simply a song that I like; it's something special, it's part of me; touches something deep down in my soul; needless to say, it's somehow "untouchable" to me; but music is too big, you just can't stop it; as far as I'm concerned this cover is nice; it.s nice because is different yet respectful and surely in no way scoffing; I don't like comparisons; they don't let you see things as they are. So, without prejudice, thumbs up.

So do all baritone people sound like Ian Curtis there are plenty of bands who aren't influenced by Joy Division who have vocals similar to his and he was not the first person to do it. Editors did not get influenced by Joy Division as they have stated many times and if you don't think that they you are the ignorant fool who cannot appreciate music.

Ironically, I only discovered who Joy Division were because people kept comparing Editors to them. Otherwise, I probably would have never heard of JD. Now both bands have changed my life.
