Her role is correct because the artist who made the picture made the skills for fun. The uploader did nothing but copy and paste those skills and also the fanart.

As I said previously, this video is FAKE. The artwork is actually FANART made by therealjackal on DeviantArt who made the piece on February 25th, 2011, enough time for this video to be made.

The person who made the video is semi-correct on the name, but this is easily done since Riot had made a Journal of Justice on it in 2010, stating that Ashe and her sister "Sejuani, the Winter's Claw" were in bad terms.
