the facts is the facts kyoto was not implemented by the liberals cuz they didnt want it to suceed in canada , the reason being Quebec has green credits to sell to the rest of canada , the further the canada as a whole fell behind the more credits Quebec could sell to the other provinces at a high price ..Jean Chrechien , and dion were just trying to steel more money out of the rest of canada for nothing ...

This was done in response to Foreign Affairs Office releasing pages of documents that had been blacked out merely because what they contained was damaging to the Government. It would appear your "douche " remark is a month late and does little more than display the caliber of your intelect...wtf?
