I did the same thing to my srt 300 headers cut outs and some other things but its the headers that are setting the engine light off I have the predator chip, how did you clear the code using the chip
The oil pressure looks fine to me, I don't know what everyone is seeing that is questionable. It goes up when the RPM's rise and drops when he lets off the gas. Now it does drop 1 or so PSI during the high RPM's but thats just the oil pressure relief valve doing its job, preventing to high of an oil pressure from flowing through the engine and instead returning excess oil to the sump (back to the oil pan), especially at those engine speeds. BTW, It sounds great, I love the 300C SRT8.
Okay..I will explain the check engine light (since it is my car) I recently installed a bolt on that caused an error. I later installed headers, X-flow exhaust with cut-outs, larger throttle body, predator programmer (which allows you to clear code, awesome), and several other add-ons.. Gear Heads Forever!!!
Last time i did this wit mine at half a tank, by the time i slowed down i was at a quarter tank lol

Check engine light is on because oil change is needed. Look at the main display in the middle and you will see an oil change indicator.
