One of the most powerful scenes ever in a TV show or movie for that matter. So much going on in that scene from Desmond regaining his consciousness back in 2004 to the incredible exchange back and forth between him and Penny and Sayid in the background was just great. I think this was the most emotional ep for me (possibly because of how much I ador Des), but I also thought Charlie's last flashback episode 'Greatest Hits' was really moving too.

How they finally get to say I love you after three years of not being together.

Was glad to see them have such a wonderful moment on television.
