I prefer american school than japanese anime. I grew up with them (I was 11 when I saw first Mazinga toon), so I'm not kind of old fart talking about ole good times :-D, I simply found them boring after a couple of year, and lost any interest. US feed some miracles like Simpsons, South Park and Griffin, which are far more interesting than exhalted and absurd anime sci-fi soups. At least for adults, which daily face problems like bills and taxes more than alien goddesses or robots.

Yes, Zagreb ruled in toons, may years ago. I was a fan of yugoslavian and hungarian school. They were able to tell great stories, without monsters, absurd dialogues and special effects.
