I was raised FBH in Wilmington, DE...St Matthews FBH Church, the late Rev JP Walker
Was saddened to hear the passing of our dear Bishop Fuller...."He fought a good fight of faith & finished his course..." Keep singing Rev Nixon...he's been singing that song for along time...& I'll never get tired of hearing him singing it! Be blessed in the Lord! Tish
nah bishop asked him to sing it. but I use to play for an f.b.h church and they will bust out of know where with a soung and the musicians better pick it up lol
yeah man much props to all fbh musicians past and present. Im Glad IIIIIMMMMM SAVEEEED and im sanctifiiiiiiieeeeeeedddd Holy ghost Fiiiilllleeedd and Fiiiiireeee Bap--tiseeeeed!!!!!!!!!!! yeeeaaahhhhhhhh
I just preached at calvary fbh church in brooklyn Pastor fennel. they started church at 1230 and got out at 448 in the afternoon. aint nothing like a good old foot stomping firebaptized service!!!!!!
@eldergunter80 That's the truth they will hit a song and go in to a high praise. I remember those days and bishop would be giving out churches he would say brother brother brother then the pastor of the church name or sister....
What a might man of God. I remember tying his shoes in the convention when I was little and I got 10.00 for doing!! What a memory. That was the ealry Nineties when he came to South Carolina, on the Columbia District.
Mother Nesbit is in the big green looking hat directly behind Bishop Fuller, and Mother Watson is sitting next to her. Mother Whack wasn't there. This was taped this past May 2007.
