I saw him perform 2 years ago with Chuck Berry. What a night. His band played him on, when he walked on stage he looked like he'd never make it to the piano, but when he sat and lifted the lid he was like he was 60 years younger, it was magical..God bless him.
Did´t he say once upon a time, the he´s going to hell by playing this music and that god doesn´t want him..? Well, i gues god loves him that much, that he gave him that much power of living over 8 decades! So live on Killer! Give us as much of your power as you can...! Age and marraige customs were a bit different in rural Miss. Why judge his private life? Just listen to the Live at the Star Club CD to hear the best live show ever recorded- and then listen to some of his country singing (Another Place, Another Time will do).
