So using Truvia doesn't cause dumping? Becasue Erythitol is a sugar alcohol which causes dumping.

@macberly Sugar alcohols do not cause dumping. They cause gastric distress, quite often, gas/diarrhea, but not dumping in a WLS patient.

the nice thing about stevia and truvia is that not only is it sweet, but there is ongoing research that has shown evidence that they cause your pancreas to produce insulin as well as regulate your blood sugar levels, so eat away, it's sweet, yet it's GOOD FOR YOU (GASP)

I saw Truvia on the a video for a low carb life. It looks so GREAT I can't wait until it is released to the public I LOVE that it is natural!

I just learned about Truvia and was going to buy some from their website, but stopped at their shipping rates! I agree 3.99 is cheap, the shipping cost is an additional 4.79 I believe. I think I will wait till it hits the stores.
