Have a look for "Take a ride on the HBR (Handy Booboo Railway)" by tagena6.

It is an O gauge railroad similar to yours but through the walls to the different rooms including the bathroom.

I like it. All it needs is a painted backdrop and some LED strips for lighting and it's perfect.
