@lethax1 Sadly, no. I purchased this game for just $19.99 and it was well worth the campaign and then the custom battles. I have never played multiplayer because its servers were already shut down when I got the game, but I hope they reopen them.

No. The game sucks. The story is terrible, the graphics are sub par, and the multiplayer is just tedious. In Star Wars Battlefront which was made by the same people that made this, multiplayer matches had dozens of ai controlled bots fighting alongside the human players. This made the battles feel more grand and epic. Lord of the Rings Conquest didn't. 16 guys and only 16 guys on the field at a time does not an epic fantasy battle make.

Without the bots on the field the battlefields feel empty and lifeless. IE the opposite of what an epic Lord of the Rings battle should feel like. The mage is also incredibly overpowered and there's no reason to use any other class 90% of the time. This might not have been much of an issue if they had the bots but again they don't. You're better off just waiting for Battlefield 3 to come out if your looking for a new class based multiplayer game.

Why do people say mages are overpowered? I think its a nice balance. Since they can pretty much get owned with only one warrior combo or scout. They die pretty easily. Aside the healing thing.
