Cultral Sensitivity was tried in Viet Nam.....it didn't work!

@hajqbvii Actually you should research the CORDS strategy. The reason we lost was because we failed to fully implement the CORDS program and insisted on fighting an American style. Additionally the culture teams that would attach themselves to a local village, understand and work with them recorded a lot less violence/death and increased cooperation from the local populace.
