He works about 30 hrs a week, takes 2 hour lunch breaks and threatens to fire people for going over their scheduled hours by even a minute despite the fact our store has excess hours for every department, every week but if he gives them their goes his bonus.

When I got fired, it was because someone else did my job wrong. The person who did it wrong actually interrupted me getting fired to tell the manager that he was the one who should be getting written up, not me. The manager still fired me anyways.

Most managers are overzealous (believe they can do anything because of their authority) because they make so much money. If I was the manager, I would not kick people out for taking a photo or for accidentally knocking over a shelf. I wouldn't make up abusive rules and make up the reasons for it to be in effect. At most stores the reasons that managers say for why rules are in effect is "Company Policy". Every manager uses that phrase when you ask them about why a rule is in effect. It's stupid.

I applied as ICS and they had me do all the lazy peoples jobs too as well as stock shelves, unload truck, but my main focus was suppose to keep the shelves stocked and they always ran out of product when they called me to the truck. Wal Mart sucks and I do not even shop there any more. Then fired me while I was on light duty with an injured back.

GH3 nearly destroyed an entire department at the Wally World I work at. Two guys from electronics and photo lab were playing during breaks and when management told them to stop playing, they responded that they were on their breaks. Ended up, one got written up (he's no longer working) and the other was fired. The problem is that guys were so well liked that all but 3 of the original staff quit over this incident.

My store director had me fired for a workplace injury.
Then told the adjuster he had a light duty job for me.
When I returned he had me arrested.
Later he admitted to numerous people it was a lie that I had never stole a television and other things while working there.
They were forced to pay all workmens comp and repair my shoulder.
Thier attorney was this woman who kept insulting me and defaming me.
By the way the manager still works there and is store director now.

Well I had to try to make it make sense but only had enough room for that one commen. Yea you can call it over-generalization if you like. I hurt my back and they tried to find a way to get rid of me, they did this because I was a walking liabiblity to them. Hope that made more sense. But I still think Wal Mart sucks ass.

I work at walmart and I work my ass of every day im there and im not lazy im going to school and doing something with myself. What you should have said is most are lazy not all. But not only are alot of employees lazy, but alot of customers can be real ass holes also.

when I worked at Gamestop I played GH3 on my breaks. my manager did too. if someone else wanted to play we put the guitar controller down and let someone else play, unless they wanted to watch us play with our mad Medium skillz.

Fuck Managment at wal mart I applyed for OverNight stocking for 5 months! and they put me as a cart pusher! And while i do "My" Job the stupid CSS lady comes to me and says "Hey Nick Umm your doing a really good job out here but we need you to do somthing for us real quick" I said "k" then she says "We need you to clean the manangement office for us" I said "O yeah? Well I quit" Never working at wal-mart again

I applied as ICS and they had me do all the lazy peoples jobs too as well as stock shelves, unload truck, but my main focus was suppose to keep the shelves stocked and they always ran out of product when they called me to the truck. Wal Mart sucks and I do not even shop there any more. Then fired me while I was on light duty with an injured back.

I hear ya TheCampingTree, I worked fast in the first place and then during inventory they wanted me to work faster so I did hurt my back. After I hurt my back they put me in womens and had employees look over me like a vulture, in the end I said something only a figure of speech and I was fired for it. FUCK WAL MART, if you still shop at the store stop, so what if they save you an extra dollar every $50.00, pay $51.00 at another store. Wal Mart is so hated the company will get worse not better.

GH3 nearly destroyed an entire department at the Wally World I work at. Two guys from electronics and photo lab were playing during breaks and when management told them to stop playing, they responded that they were on their breaks. Ended up, one got written up (he's no longer working) and the other was fired. The problem is that guys were so well liked that all but 3 of the original staff quit over this incident.

as a member of management... we have to be assholes... for everylittle thing that someone does wrong we get yelled @ for it... now i myself have never played on the games while on clock... but yeah he shouldn't be doing that :o

I always play the games on my break... once i was the only person closing in my department i finishe 20 mins early and they wouldnt let me leave so i played the ps3
