@moricestreet909 yeah no bs, also what other workouts would you recomend to grow the legs like calves, and legs, i am a normal person with descent muscles on top but my legs are really skinny and i see you got some nice legs no homo lol thank you
Nice info man and thanks for sharing. I was doing squats this morning around 0430 and I think I popped my rib head out thus affecting my breathing.....Chiropractor time. Anyways thanks for sharing this video....Good information here
@XXxSTEELHEADxXX Well it is hard to say. If it was not Rehab properly then any kind of exercise could become a problem. I would say rather let a Fitness Pro look at it, get it rehab professionally and then do this workout. But lunges is good, but depending on how badly your knee was injured there might be better exercises for you.
@speedomike747 It's best to really train hard and then give your body some rest. You can however train cardio one day and then weights the next day. It all really depends what your goals are.

i had a left knee injury before and it didn't fully recover
