  • i had a left knee injury before and it didn't fully recover

    would it affect my injury if i did those workouts ?

  • @XXxSTEELHEADxXX Well it is hard to say. If it was not Rehab properly then any kind of exercise could become a problem. I would say rather let a Fitness Pro look at it, get it rehab professionally and then do this workout. But lunges is good, but depending on how badly your knee was injured there might be better exercises for you.

    Can I also do train daily but then not intensive workout instead of a very intensive workout every 3 days?

  • @speedomike747 It's best to really train hard and then give your body some rest. You can however train cardio one day and then weights the next day. It all really depends what your goals are.
