Ive just returned from Pattaya, in fact a 3 weeks tour of Thailand & Vietnam & i have to say Walking street is the crazyiest place on earth...... but, everyone is out to enjoy themselves & i never saw anyone have a bad look at anyone or any trouble there, if this street was in London there would be fights every second !!. Having said that you can get a 2 bedroom condo with beach views up on the hill overlooking Pattaya it's about 1.5 k's. The units / Condo's have security parking for your scooter that you will rent for around $7-8 AU or USD a day.

The Condo will set you back about $650 AU or USD for 1 Month, you have full use of the Gym, Pool, ect...
