I tore a muscle in my mid trap walking with a 600lb yoke. I couldn't train hard for awhile so I decided to drop some weight. I was around 215 there and am 195 now. My rack pull and everything feels real strong but my pull off the floor feels a little off. I'll get it back up though!
Kallie, I design hardcore gym equipment for powerlifters. Is there any piece of equipment you ever wished you had that did not exist or anything that you wished was altered a bit to help you increase your raw strength?
Thanks, Yea I did but its a bit deceptive as I did pull 495x1 in a suit in December of 2007. I just think their was a few things missing holding my deadlift back. Which I think was hamstring strength and form, once I corrected those my deadlift has shot up.
Great job!

Thought there was some deja vu there. :-)
I must have missed out, what happened, why isn't it there anymore?

Damn, guess I missed that. Good choice on actively trying to pursue a new goal when injured though!
Looking forward to the comeback...
