Back in the 80's when i was in the U.S. Navy, we used ONLY water as fuel in our jet fighters, if you atomize water enough, it can be broken down enough to where it is two very flammible things. Water actually produced more horsepower rather than the JP5 that is still used...
@j58bear Yes, those things are called Hydrogen and Oxygen. They are typically separated by electrolysis. Separating them by atomization would be so inefficient that the energy required would easily cause the separation without atomization anyways.
The water used in your jet fighters was not used in this way. Rather, a quantity of water is injected into the hot turbine in an emergency, where it is instantly converted to steam so that the heat of the engine can be reclaimed as thrust.
if you want to save money on fuel with one wire watch my save money on fuel with one wire vid. Who needs a cell when you got a radiator full of the energy carrier (water) ;).
you know ..you would think that some of you would try harder than just saying it's fake after one look try researching water and free energy and magnets as free energy :(
@ThePeopleneedhelp The magnets as free energy can be disproved with only just a little bit of experimentation. You don't need to try every combination. You only need to check that the force between two poles is always along a line between the poles. Once that one point is checked, the rest can be done with just some logic. It is a little harder to do a general proof of water as a source of energy.
@knowledgemonger al it takes is a battery two wires and water not hard at all and poof you have hh2o perfictly mixed ready to burn oh yea and what comes out of your tailpipe wate for it ...... WATER Oh And for all those who say but that is a h bomb your wrong hydrogen was the trigger for the nucear bomb plutonium was the explosiff
@GeorgeVeld The electrical energy you use to split water is more than twice what you will ever get out of the engine. Only if you have the case of the very inefficient engine and you add some H2 and O2 at the intake do you get more energy increase than the electrical energy you put in. In that case it is way better to just fix the engine and save even more energy.
@knowledgemonger You can belive what you want however Stan did have a system that worked For about 1/2 of the electrical energy used But you are a prime example of what the goverment wants us to think.
You can run any combustion engine on only hh2o and 3 of many glowing advantages to this are
1 You can advance the timing to 4-10 deg past tdc and double your torque and hp
2 Engine runs much cooler which will double the life
3 No carbon which helps enviroment as well as engine
@knowledgemongerThe burn rate of hho is about 10X faster than gasoline hence the reason for timing retard BUT as gas burns the piston is still on an upward stroke so you have exploding gas pushing the piston downand a flywheel pushin up This is where you loose torque SOOO hho burns much faster therfore you advance your timing so det takes place 4-10 deg past tdc on down stroke which gains torque by stoping the opposing forces. This also prolongs the life of the engine.
@1BustedMyth Agreed mate but first public demonstration of electricity was done in eygpt wayyy before Faraday. The pyrmads them self well it was all togeather made electricity just not publicised Nikola tesla based his 0 point energy off the same design.
@11kungfu11 Stop throwing mud on the good name of Tesla by trying to associate his name with bogus claims. Tesla's stuff was for real. People like to throw his name around in an effort to lend some credibility to their nonsense. Go read up on Tesla, he was a lot more interesting in real life than the made up nonsense about him.
@knowledgemonger Clearly you have not researched it. I never throw his name around at random things for no reason Ive studied architecture and industral design in the best schools in australia. I follow his work and he is a inspiration of mine as I am a inventor myself. So before you call faul research it for yourself, If you want to debate over it Ill be glad to.
@11kungfu11 I have read Tesla's own papers. I have researched the subject a great deal. You are indeed throwing mud at the good name of Tesla. He never once worked on anything called "zero point energy". Although there is such a thing as "zero point energy", it is not and can never be a source of energy. This has been known since its discovery.
@knowledgemonger It has also been called "Radiant Energy System" A simple google search of "tesla 0 point energy" would prove you completly wrong but hey think what you want brother:) free will is the best thing about being a human. I dont respect the condescending way of talking to me, do you do it too everyone?
@11kungfu11 You are just simply wrong. The thing that Tesla was working on has been mischaracterized and others have also attempted to give some credit to their daffy ideas by associating them with Tesla. Go read what he really wrote on the subject. Study a little real material on it. You will discover a collection of con artists and outright loons have made claims throwing mud on Tesla's good name and this is one of them.
@knowledgemonger Tesla was merely attemptimg to generate current from the ''oscillation'' (not sure it's the right word here) caused by the solar wind hitting the magneto-sphere so you're right that isn't zero point energy, just another form of solar energy.
@b0utch I really wish that people would stop throwing mud on the good name of Tesla by trying to associate his name with bogus ideas. Tesla was not working on what you claim he was.
You also seem to believe that HHO is a real thing. It is a classic case of people fooling themselves. All they were really making was a combination of H2, O2 and water vapor. The chemical formula HHO is just nonsense term. It can't exist in the real world.
@11kungfu11, Cheers, but I don't buy most of the stuff about the Pyramids, just stories to me, words on a page mean little, on the net even less. There is more bullshit around these days then ever it seems. Von danikan was good at leaving bits out and adding stuff it seems. I was making a point about how we treat free thinkers thats all, cheers anyway mate!
@1BustedMyth Agreed brother, totally. If you know the properties of the materials of the pyrimads such as the white limestone casing (mostly removed but still towards the top is intact) how well black granite conducts electricity, the aqua ducts below the pyrimads from the nile and how well the gold cap conducts electricity and all the other elements (word limit) that assist in the funtional structure its not so hard to see. I actually seen a vid on it also that show it all.
@1BustedMyth Here is a video explaining it and how it all works together. watch?v=tiMMERUpaNY&feature=channel_video_title
Von danikan from my knowledge was asking more questions then telling answers.
I think his point was there was alot more then is show and told to us joe public, then anything. But yeah keep ya eyes open brother :) have a good one champ
@1BustedMyth People could not understand how and why the Pyramids were built. They made up stories to fill in the gaps because some people really hate to say "we just don't know". Now we know how and why they were built. We have found the records and can translate them. We have found the "restaurant" that fed the crews. It was just a matter of having lots of people who could be set to work putting one stone on top the other. The Nile provided a lot of food.
@1BustedMyth When IBM first thought about making a Personal Computer they had a meeting to discuss it. They asked the question what will people use it for? Only one person replied. He said "My wife could use it to keep her recipes on." So IBM didn't start the personal computer. These were very smart people but it's extremely difficult to see the future. It has nothing to do with small minds or big egos. What have you predicted lately???
Water injection has been used for - fuck ever since the internal combustion engine was built.
Especially on the higher power engines - piston crowns overheating, valves going soft, detonation etc... Used by many piston engine fighters for emergency boost, up the super charge pressure, spray in water alcohol mix instant charge cooling and combustion temperature drop - still fiercely hot tho - but you could totally stress an engine right out to get say another 800HP out of a 2200HP motor for 3min
@GDplusEng they were using alcohol til rockefeller forced in prohibition so people couldnt make their own fuel. and 60 years ago you could buy sunoco 210 octane fuel at the pump. i studied both mech and chem engineering. you should watch "fuel". all you need to do to reduce "knock" is enrich the fuel/air ratio, but that increases CO emissions, or retard timing or both. cant do either on the new junk cars. adding water allows a leaner mix, reduces CO, and makes steam pressure. READ!
@GDplusEng also.....im a licensed GEET dealer....it works, but the designs they show on the internet are less than mediocre, though they DO improve performance....there are LOTS of tricks you can use to make them better...
This technology was used in old torpedoes (during the First World War), as well as railway locomotives (diesels and in steamers to) then, with the increasing efficiency of the engines and the growing popularity of of turbo boost... water injetion was left behind. Probably due the high cost of maintenance and unreliability. Not a hoax, no secret ... only a little-used technology like the Wankel engine and many more "well-known" ventions.
@keriscorp I congratulate you for your cute and powerful Mazda RX7 ... but you'll agree, that Wankel engines are little used, compared with traditional reciprocating engines
@aleu650 thats true. and a shame it is. actually, MY rx7 (typo earlier) was bone stock, but if you port it and put an adapter plate with a holley 600 they WILL produce 600 hp...or was it 500??? been a while....but they are pretty amazing....and you only change oil every 14,000 miles.....gotta add a quart about 5000....one of the best cars i ever had....
IN fire science, a simple mathmatical solution is used to put out fires. H2O over British Thermal Units. If the H2O is less than the BTU's then the water turns to a gas, the more H2O the less Gas production and if the H2O is above a certain level the BTU's then the BTU's begin to stop production as well. Water can be used in controled levels to stimulate fire after a controled change.
It's true, Farmall tractors in the 1920's used a mechanical water injection system. It worked, but the dynamics of using this technology is... not as easy to impliment and there are far far more things to understand when looking for any number of mechanical failures in conjunction to this technology. It does work however.
How about the difference between the common H2O vs. H8O??? In earlier science books long ago...the chemical notation was described as H8O and now over 100 plus years and we are given degraded waters...not the actual living waters...We have been led into ignorance by the few... it is time to entertain a different world than the CONtrollers and handlers have presented. One w/ real innovative awareness, stripped of repression/oppression, will insure our children will survive in the coming time.
He is right. Petrol with water produces no smoke. I drove my car into a river and smoke stopped coming out the exhaust. I love 0:40 GEET engine. Its worth watching that video "plasma gas is passed through a tube which is a vacum" lmfao. Oh and umm Radiation which isnt Alpha/Beta/Gamma. These SCUM FRAUDSTERS who prey on people with zero knowledge of physics really take the piss big style when selling their "free energy" devices.
@Dookiedolf are you a member of the flat earth society, as well as a lousy driver? i have knowledge of physics. thats why i bought a GEET distributorship while there was still one left. it works....far better than what we show on youtube. have a nice day ;-)
@keriscorp No Im not flat earth society member. Im part of the Klingon federation. Sooo, you bought a GEET franchise. Thats marvellous! Would you consider business partnership with me ? I've got a Perendev motor factory. Whilst the ignorant amongst us would only attempt to turn water into hydrogen/oxygen gas, we clever people who just threw out the book of physics & never produce working models dominate the world in free energy devices. Happy new Year from me & the Romulan empire. Nanoo Nanoo
@Dookiedolf so are you romulan or klingon? i dont know much about perendev, and you dont have a factory. laws of physics were made to be broken, and some were lies to begin with. you enjoy your beliefs. oh...if you happen to stop by the moon in your warbird, could you pick up a few pounds of green cheese for me? tia!
@keriscorp "perendev" is a well known case of fraud. They used a fake thing turned from the far side and some video editing to get quite a few people to part with money. Eventually they went to jail for the fraud. Some new people have latched onto the old fraud and are now trying to con more people using the same method. It is becoming short hand for a perpetual motion fraud like Ponzi did for pyramid schemes.
Come on, give us "flat Earthers" pearls of knowledge oh Fraudster/Scammed cough I mean Wise One :D
Can you elaborate on the GEET engine inventors you tube video that explains his "free energy" wonder. How about "it omits radiation that isnt Alpha/Beta or Gamma" woo, any ideas as to this newly discovered radiation :D ? Better still, explian the "Now this tube is a vacum that plasma passes through", woo complex. An empty jar thats full. Clown !
@keriscorp I stopped by moon, Klingons cracking jokes about the arsehole who was scammed a silly amount of money on a free energy investment bought the last case of cheese for £20,0000(excl vat). I do have some lovely gorgonzola cheese which smells so sweet, which reminds me. How much money did you manage to invest in the free energy wonder ? Im so sad yours was the final bidding on the investment that will return you gazzilioiions . Dr Evil was to buy it & blow up the Earth.Lucky us
just start messing with older engines right now I double my efficiency on an Isuzu g200 4cyl. by having timing 180 degree out and hooking the throttle to it to advance it and it accelerates! with carb idle. Can anyone tell me why this works? I just did this and have put 500 miles on home build engine for myers cell with fuel vapor (very easy way to save fuel} but you have to machine your own cam.
@TheSquidparadox So you're now firing on the intake cycle? That's truly amazing. I have no idea what sort of fuel it takes to make a car's engine spin, when you put a spark to the mix with both valves open...
(*sigh*)
Look, if you're gonna put up interesting and unusual facts, at least have the decency to be honest, Squid.
@thegreatstateofMaine Well said. Youre clearly an educated man. It seems, however, that the US judicial system seems to agree with me, having convicted and incarcerated many of these men for taking investment money for ventures they know are fraudulent. Before you wave your redneck flag and shout "conspiracy", they were all given the opportunity in public to demonstrate that their inventions worked. You're smart, can you guess how many did?
@htomerif You forgot to say that if I were an investor and a guy in which I invested my money had actualy build a water running machine, instead of sueing him to get my money back, I would congratulate him and would start my own car factory.
@ntomata0002 Yeah, but that's the whole point. They didn't build anything that ran on water. It didn't work, and the "inventors" knew it didn't work. Thats why it was fraud, thats why they went to jail.
P.S. if it was just a matter of money, it would have been a civil suit, and no one would have gone to jail.
@htomerif That is where you are wrong they did bild things that ran on water google stan meyer He had several internal combustion engines that ran on water ps it dont mater what prosess he used to make it work it still worked and even the army was intrested in it untill they realised the implecations of his idea and found they had to shut him up or the goverment stood to loose billions of $ in lost carbon fuel revinue and tax income
@GeorgeVeld Oh irony! When I said "They" above, I couldnt remember the name of the guy. But it was Stanley Meyer. He was the one convicted of "Gross and egregious fraud" and forced to pay back his investors. Look, there are free energy devices such as photovoltaics, wind and tidal power that ARE taking money from carbon fuel companies, and they're doing just fine. The whole government conspiracy angle just does not hold.. ehh.. water.
@knowledgemonger Everything doesn't work perfectly, but the government and the auto industry itself are slowly working their way towards electric power for transportation. I don't think these HHO people understand that if there were something that saved 20 or 50 or even 100 percent on fuel costs, companies like airlines and shipping WOULD use it, conspiracy be damned, when the majority of their business cost is from fuel.
@htomerif Agian the regulatins will not allow it to happen Air line companys trucking companys dont have a say because the manufactures are the ones that are benifiting from it lets just say you spend 1 mill on desighning an engine last year would you spend that again this year for something new ?? no why would you if u done have to. They dont care they ar not buying the fuel they are geting a % of the fuel $ for researh
@GeorgeVeld. "Electric is a joke" vomit, oh please! clearly you have no idea what the hell you are talking about. sorry for butting in, but to see that comment!, your just plain wrong! bigtime!
@1BustedMyth ALL Right "BUSTER" how about tou give me your best on how it works seeing that you have you phd in smarts
But before you do just tell me do you think that big oil is going to just let go of that big piece of a trillon dollers in fuel so easily ?? Oh and dont you think that logisticly they ca make even more $ by going to 25 plants instead of 250,000 gas stations ? What is fueling the plants
@GeorgeVeld Mate, you don't have to go for my throat, I'm smart but I'm easy to talk to. It aint personal. Big oil, coal, nuke will fight to the death, take no prisioners, its up to you if your going to allow them to continue to run the planet. An electric car even on coal power is many times cleaner. Clean power generation is totaly viable, Solar Thermal is one of the best and cheapest. You can make your own power at home many ways, charge your own car. get your thinkin hat on.
@htomerif You Might want to reserch this a little farther Stan Meyer did not go to jail for fraud he was murderd poisoned actualy. There was even a show about this on 60 minites
@GeorgeVeld Meyer's claims were never independently verified, and in an Ohio court in 1996 he was found guilty of fraud. He died of an aneurysm in 1998, although conspiracy theories persist in which it is claimed that he was poisoned.
You can believe urban legends if you like but the facts are against you
@htomerif As for tidle power or wind or even solar why then are there so many regulations and red tape that one must go through just to get a permit to buld a system which when you have the system(solar wind wave) dose not garentee that you can hook up to the grid
@GeorgeVeld You are partially in the right about grid tie inverters there, but it really depends on where you live and the electric company you use. My electric company does not allow them, but others do. You have to understand their point of view though, a grid tie inverter done wrong can cause serious, hard to find problems with the electrical grid like unwanted harmonics and instability.
@htomerif thats fine but how then is an electric car better for the enviroment ?? They are still pumping bad gas in the air at the plant and who is still gaining from this big oil and the goverment as they have there hand in that pot It has nothing to do with inverters or harmonics a simple relay trigger is a stop to that It a simple case ofnot wanting to loose that income at the corperat and govermental levle
@GeorgeVeld There actually arent a terrible lot of regulations for off grid systems though, aside from building heights for wind turbines. There's actually less regulation than there would be for on-site power generation with an industrial generator. I'm not sure what "red tape" youre referring to, but the biggest problem with PV is cost. They're still produced mostly with a similar process to the one used to make microchips.
@htomerif Not shure where you are from but here Southern Ontario it is insane the amout of bs that is involved and Its not only me the estamated amount of solar panls that are out there right now only 50% of them are hooked up and its fine on a privat grid for your own house but that dont make sense as you have to pay property tax on the units which adds up to $200 a month (for my unit) and my hdro bill is $250 so why would I drop $140000 in to solar??
@htomerif A little more evidence to the contrary Why then are they bulding electric cars that plug in to your house that run off of inifficiant bateries? Where Dose the hydro come from for this? Right hydro plants that burn natgas coal oil gas nuclear fuel so who acctualy is not loosing from this yup you right BIG OIL AND YOUR GOVERMENT who are still making billions and it wont change as they are putting another big pipeline in from canada to texas
@GeorgeVeld Stan Meyer had nothing useful. He was just one of the many crooks that the field attracts. Unfortunately urban legends make his engine better and better in the same way as the fish that got away gets bigger and bigger.
@TheDontlogoff Stan Meyer was a con artist. He had nothing that worked but defrauded people of their money. Perhaps even worse, he convinced people of the silly nonsense ideas and thus did even more damage than merely cheating people of their money. He went to jail for a good reason.
@knowledgemonger ''Nonsense'' You made laugh small mind. Do you have an idea how energy is needed to get oil from the deep of the earth. transform it and bring it to your car? Now do you know what a catalyser is for on a car exhaust? What if we could burn that fuel in the engine instead of wasting it in the exhaust? I don't say Meyer stuff worked but adding HHO in your car intake can reduce fuel consumption.
@TheKnoxification FYI, the water does a lot more than just cool the cylinder. While it's true that some of the heat in the combustion process is used in converting the water to steam, this is an advantage in two ways. Firstly, water has a tremendous expansion rate. The steam adds to the mechanical efficiency of the combustion process, raising pressure in the chamber, and promoting more complete combustion. In addition, it effectively increases octane rating, preventing detonation.
@marek0086 True enough, but a car's combustion chamber doesn't get hot enough to crack the water molecules apart. That happens a few thousand degrees hotter; I've only seen that done thermally using something like burning magnesium, thermite, or a chemical reaction (like Sodium in water). In the combustion chamber, it just makes steam. =)
@marek0086 no, HHO is produced by introducing current into water, with a little help from a catalyst. I used a generic HHO generator on a 2002 Taurus and increased fuel effieciency by 22%, I was fighting the computer, cat converter, and O2 sensors... on a carbuerated engine with no emmision controls it works much better. It does turn your oil into something less desirable so maintenance is increased as a result.
The whole discussion about the US gouvernment being involved in 911 to create a faked reason for war is ridiculous. I guess that the US would not do this in the first place. And 911 was far too big and expensive. But just the right size if someone else wanted to draw the US into a costly war where they can make a lot of new enemies. And Al Qaida could not have done this without the help of a secret service outside the US. Check out my channel and homepage.
Water injection really got started with the Germans in WWII. They used them in their high level bombers to help increase HP output at high altitudes where the air is much thinner. People use it today with Methanol injection (water alcohol mix) to make more power. Water can be used in an engine if sprayed in a fine atomized mist otherwise you will hydrolock your motor and be screwed lol.
No with the germans, from before the war, all high power aviation engines use common water injection to cool the combution chamber and avoid détonation at "emergency power", but the germans use a mix of 50% methanol and 50% water (MW50)
all the examples they showed were water injected forced induction applications. The water isnt used as a fuel, but to help prevent predetonation which would cause the engine to explode. This is actually very common, it reduces the intake air temperature so you can run more advanced timing for more power and fuel efficiency if you run a leaner air fuel mixture.
Here's my question for green car designers. Are electric cars more efficient than gas ones? Most electricity is still made in coal plants rather than the cheaper safer and "enviromentally freindly" nuclear power facilities. So while it may make the buyer feel like they are making less emmisions by buying an electric car, that is not the case unless electricity is more efficient than gas. Also, if it is more efficient shouldn't the focus be on building better alternators to increase drive time.
@mynameismatt2010 I was wondering the same thing (about what goes into the production of electricity for electric cars), but for the alternator point; remember that anything the engine runs uses more fuel, so the output energy could only get very near 100% input energy. The more the alternator pumps out the more petrol you're burning.
@Mogliz0rz I understand that you have to burn more fuel, and i'm ok with that, but to get more gas milage it may be more efficient to have the gas power an alternator rather than have the gas do the work. I read somewhere that the average gas engine only gets 75% efficiency, if we could get 90% efficiency running an alternator that would be a huge jump in MPG.
@mynameismatt2010 I THINK that was done in Top Gear (they built an electric car and powered it with a diesel engine), and I believe it was actually much better efficiency than if the diesel engine was moving the car. It would be nice to see a real world application though.
@mynameismatt2010 A gas engine is 25% efficient at best. Injecting water vapour absorbs some of the heat and produces super heated steam, cooling the exhaust valve so you can lean the fuel on the engine more.
@mynameismatt2010 EV's are over 75% efficient. Consuming about 250Wh a mile. It takes 7.5KWH of electricity to make one gallon of gas which is 33.8KWH. We can cut out the middlemen who hate us.
Power stations take hours to ramp up power to feed the grid for peak periods, this is wasted energy which could be used to charge your car. You can charge your car on cheap rate then the cells can be run though an invertor for your cheap daytime electricity.
Tiny amounts of Hydrogen injected in engines intake will allow for a more complete and quicker fuel burn although less fuel is used, will allow torque/power increase, less emissions produced, less carbon build up on pistons/heads/valves you name it they will be cleaner, less heat produced, motor oil will last longer, all from just a small on-board vehicle Hydrogen generator! Electrolysis produces Hydrogen. Just add distilled water. The use of Hydrogen in I.C.Es goes back to the 70's.
injection of water mist in to an engine, is a old quickie tune -up .Spray water from a mister for a min or two in a 1000rpm hot running motor and all the built up deposits burned off. Water raises the octane rating and you can run it in high compress motor without ping!, also can rase the boost pressure of waste gate turbo charger and out pores the extra horse power and efficiency. Nitrous engines almost always have water mist injection to keep them from blowing up. H2O shut off when vacuum high
@TheKnoxification google can water store a charge. "In some experiments, it was possible to recover the majority of charge that had been imparted to the water." also google Technology Forecast: Worldwide Research on Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions
@citbitch get with the times idiot, google can water store a charge. "In some experiments, it was possible to recover the majority of charge that had been imparted to the water." the only idiots around here are people like you that think you learned it all when you closed your last text book, brainwashed idiot, also google Technology Forecast: Worldwide Research on Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions
that would actually be a really really bad idea. From a gradual use to full use worldwide of industry, people, transport all using water to run engines. I wonder how fast oceans would deplete.
Fuel when burned, expands rapidly making what is considered an explosion. Water when heated turns to steam and expands as well. So does it not stand to reason by combining these 2 principles properly there could be a beneficial controlled reaction?
This is where you need Ford's research into hi tech ceramic engines with fluro coated pistons that don't need lubricating oil. NASA has been testing new types of high temperature coatings that withstand wear through shock loads, shearing forces abrasion, chemical attack etc. A ceramic engine could run at extremely high temperatures and efficiencies although nitrogen oxides would still be an issue with high exhaust temperatures.
@TK42138 nitrogen oxide could be re-used though, a very very small amount could be injected into the engine for added power and efficiency ( i mean tiny amounts ) not fast and furious style NOS
You're thinking along same lines as I am. EGR could be improved by a huge factor if engines didn't dump two-thirds of the available energy into the cooling system and out the exhaust. Nissan built an experimental ceramic oil-less engine over twenty years ago that was only a 1600cc yet produced 257 brake-horsepower! Wondering just how much NOX would be made at higher temperatures and compression ratios.
Try this it works: Place a wick, one in a container of water, the open end in the intake of a engine, the water is evaporate into the inlet tract and the moist air turn to steam in the compression cycle.
the old theory works: combustion engine works better in damp conditions ie
The problem with any kind of "water vapor injection" in an internal combustion engine is the rapid formation of corrosive acids in the oil. Which means that you'd have to change the oil more often. But that would slow the corrosion, it won't stop it. Which means all parts exposed to the oil would breakdown at an incredible rate. Once the acids eat through the hardened surface of the Cam, crank, rockers, lifters, rod & bearing caps etc. That's why no one builds it in to the cars.
@Loveseekingmissile Yes you can.... full it up with the hose today and you will notice a HUGE gain in MPG and horsepower!! The oil companies don't want you to know that modern engines and run on water!!
@Loveseekingmissile Shortly put - Yes. You can put water in addition to gasoline to your gas tank. But you need an upgrade for your car engine system, so don't go pouring water in your gas tanks just yet ; )
Well my thoughts are this. There is no HHO Scam. You can run an IC Engine off of combustible gas and HHO, or pure hydrogen is very explosive. See-no scam there. Here's the problem. How do you sift through all of the companies that CLAIM to have cracked the efficiency barrier to make the hydrogen? Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater friends. Some people have demonstrated not only efficiency but no pollution.
@HayabusaDude12 The structure of that statement made by Hypnow is short hand referring to the context of "There are a certain amount of people who are aware of the process[Secret]", - But the majority are not aware of the process [secret]." End This i would of thought would be obvious, instead of nit picking and misunderstanding, why not rad the book and apply this knowledge.
It's amazing to me that the use of water existed so long ago yet so many close minded people say-water isn't a fuel. This video should prove to them to think differently and that the only scam involved is paying 3.00 a gallon to the oil companies. Water is our answer! Thanks again.
@jgposner In this case, the droplets of water are vapourized when touching the grease, the expansion breaks the grease in small droplets with a high exchanging surface. So it burns 10 times quicker.

GeorgeVeld 1 week ago
@GeorgeVeld The electrical energy you use to split water is more than twice what you will ever get out of the engine. Only if you have the case of the very inefficient engine and you add some H2 and O2 at the intake do you get more energy increase than the electrical energy you put in. In that case it is way better to just fix the engine and save even more energy.
knowledgemonger 1 week ago
@knowledgemonger You can belive what you want however Stan did have a system that worked For about 1/2 of the electrical energy used But you are a prime example of what the goverment wants us to think.
You can run any combustion engine on only hh2o and 3 of many glowing advantages to this are
1 You can advance the timing to 4-10 deg past tdc and double your torque and hp
2 Engine runs much cooler which will double the life
3 No carbon which helps enviroment as well as engine
GeorgeVeld 6 days ago
@GeorgeVeld You seem to believe a whole load of nonsense.
1 On a well designed high compression engine you can't advance the timing and gain anything.
2 If the engine is making twice the torque, the life won't be doubled. Also the temperature can't be significantly lower.
3 It only works when added to a hydrocarbon fuel on a bad engine.
knowledgemonger 6 days ago
@knowledgemongerThe burn rate of hho is about 10X faster than gasoline hence the reason for timing retard BUT as gas burns the piston is still on an upward stroke so you have exploding gas pushing the piston downand a flywheel pushin up This is where you loose torque SOOO hho burns much faster therfore you advance your timing so det takes place 4-10 deg past tdc on down stroke which gains torque by stoping the opposing forces. This also prolongs the life of the engine.

@11kungfu11 Stop throwing mud on the good name of Tesla by trying to associate his name with bogus claims. Tesla's stuff was for real. People like to throw his name around in an effort to lend some credibility to their nonsense. Go read up on Tesla, he was a lot more interesting in real life than the made up nonsense about him.
knowledgemonger 4 days ago
@knowledgemonger Clearly you have not researched it. I never throw his name around at random things for no reason Ive studied architecture and industral design in the best schools in australia. I follow his work and he is a inspiration of mine as I am a inventor myself. So before you call faul research it for yourself, If you want to debate over it Ill be glad to.
11kungfu11 4 days ago
@11kungfu11 I have read Tesla's own papers. I have researched the subject a great deal. You are indeed throwing mud at the good name of Tesla. He never once worked on anything called "zero point energy". Although there is such a thing as "zero point energy", it is not and can never be a source of energy. This has been known since its discovery.

@knowledgemonger It has also been called "Radiant Energy System" A simple google search of "tesla 0 point energy" would prove you completly wrong but hey think what you want brother:) free will is the best thing about being a human.

@1BustedMyth Agreed brother, totally. I actually seen a vid on it also that show it all.

Water injection has been used for - fuck ever since the internal combustion engine was built.
Especially on the higher power engines - piston crowns overheating, valves going soft, detonation etc... Used by many piston engine fighters for emergency boost, up the super charge pressure, spray in water alcohol mix instant charge cooling and combustion temperature drop - still fiercely hot tho - but you could totally stress an engine right out to get say another 800HP out of a 2200HP motor for 3min
callmeshane303 4 weeks ago
@callmeshane303
That is the difference between losing an aircraft and or pilot, or getting the advantage on the enemy by rapid climbing etc.
Water injection by the use of a finely atomised mist (think air brush) is still a very good idea though.

Actually water was used to reduse the knocking effect of 4-stroke internal comb. engines.
Nowadays the quality of fuels is much better so adding water to the cylinder doesn't improve much the knocking effect.

GDplusEng 1 month ago
@GDplusEng they were using alcohol til rockefeller forced in prohibition so people couldnt make their own fuel. and 60 years ago you could buy sunoco 210 octane fuel at the pump. i studied both mech and chem engineering. you should watch "fuel". all you need to do to reduce "knock" is enrich the fuel/air ratio, but that increases CO emissions, or retard timing or both. cant do either on the new junk cars. adding water allows a leaner mix, reduces CO, and makes steam pressure.

Flayprime 1 month ago
It's true, Farmall tractors in the 1920's used a mechanical water injection system. It worked, but the dynamics of using this technology is... not as easy to impliment and there are far far more things to understand when looking for any number of mechanical failures in conjunction to this technology. It does work however.
Flayprime 1 month ago
How about the difference between the common H2O vs. H8O??? In earlier science books long ago...the chemical notation was described as H8O and now over 100 plus years and we are given degraded waters...not the actual living waters...We have been led into ignorance by the few... it is time to entertain a different world than the CONtrollers and handlers have presented. @htomerif As for tidle power or wind or even solar why then are there so many regulations and red tape that one must go through just to get a permit to buld a system which when you have the system(solar wind wave) dose not garentee that you can hook up to the grid
Trust me I know I am in this position right now
GeorgeVeld 6 days ago

They're still produced mostly with a similar process to the one used to make microchips.

b0utch 9 hours ago
@TheKnoxification FYI, the water does a lot more than just cool the cylinder. While it's true that some of the heat in the combustion process is used in converting the water to steam, this is an advantage in two ways. Firstly, water has a tremendous expansion rate. The steam adds to the mechanical efficiency of the combustion process, raising pressure in the chamber, and promoting more complete combustion. In addition, it effectively increases octane rating, preventing detonation.
Technomancer71 2 months ago
@Technomancer71~ u forgot to add that water is made up of Hydrogen and Oxygen!!!
What happens when u mix those 2 gasses?..... big exothermic combustion!
marek0086 2 months ago
@marek0086 True enough, but a car's combustion chamber doesn't get hot enough to crack the water molecules apart. That happens a few thousand degrees hotter; I've only seen that done thermally using something like burning magnesium, thermite, or a chemical reaction (like Sodium in water). In the combustion chamber, it just makes steam. =)
TincatGearhead 2 months ago
@TincatGearhead~ are u sure about that??
Well then what if we inject steam into the cylinders. Will that steam then be split into HHO??
marek0086 2 months ago
@marek0086 no, HHO is produced by introducing current into water, with a little help from a catalyst. I used a generic HHO generator on a 2002 Taurus and increased fuel effieciency by 22%, I was fighting the computer, cat converter, and O2 sensors... on a carbuerated engine with no emmision controls it works much better. It does turn your oil into something less desirable so maintenance is increased as a result.

Water injection really got started with the Germans in WWII. They used them in their high level bombers to help increase HP output at high altitudes where the air is much thinner. People use it today with Methanol injection (water alcohol mix) to make more power. Water can be used in an engine if sprayed in a fine atomized mist otherwise you will hydrolock your motor and be screwed lol.
rextuner03 3 months ago
@rextuner03
No with the germans, from before the war, all high power aviation engines use common water injection to cool the combution chamber and avoid détonation at "emergency power", but the germans use a mix of 50% methanol and 50% water (MW50)
oiseautempete 3 months ago
@oiseautempete Ah well that was when it was really popularized though. I use water methanol injection in my car for more power. It works great :)
rextuner03 3 months ago
all the examples they showed were water injected forced induction applications.

Mogliz0rz 4 months ago
@Mogliz0rz I understand that you have to burn more fuel, and i'm ok with that, but to get more gas milage it may be more efficient to have the gas power an alternator rather than have the gas do the work. I read somewhere that the average gas engine only gets 75% efficiency, if we could get 90% efficiency running an alternator that would be a huge jump in MPG.
mynameismatt2010 4 months ago
@mynameismatt2010 I THINK that was done in Top Gear (they built an electric car and powered it with a diesel engine), and I believe it was actually much better efficiency than if the diesel engine was moving the car. It would be nice to see a real world application though.
Mogliz0rz 3 months ago
@mynameismatt2010 A gas engine is 25% efficient at best. Injecting water vapour absorbs some of the heat and produces super heated steam, cooling the exhaust valve so you can lean the fuel on the engine more.
m1aws 3 months ago

H2O shut off when vacuum high
linhigley 5 months ago
Water injection is used in tractor pulls. Often the engines fail or even explode because of the huge forces and extreme heat.

that would actually be a really really bad idea.

TK42138 11 months ago
@TK42138 nitrogen oxide could be re-used though, a very very small amount could be injected into the engine for added power and efficiency ( i mean tiny amounts ) not fast and furious style NOS
redbaronmulisha 9 months ago
@redbaronmulisha

Try this it works: Place a wick, one in a container of water, the open end in the intake of a engine, the water is evaporate into the inlet tract and the moist air turn to steam in the compression cycle.
the old theory works: combustion engine works better in damp conditions ie
better more power = better economy..
1stMrSceptical 1 year ago
@1stMrSceptical
That's why no one builds it in to the cars.

you dont think hydrogen is a better answer?
abdurraheem8 1 year ago

Thanks again.
dmgcat 1 year ago
Is that why you should never put water on a grease fire? Seriously, I want to know.
jgposner 1 year ago 7
@jgposner In this case, the droplets of water are vapourized when touching the grease, the expansion breaks the grease in small droplets with a high exchanging surface. So it burns 10 times quicker.
That 's why it is dangerous.
