@FireitupBedford Yes, they will always be "The Time" just like he will always be "Prince". If u remember he also had to go by another name for about a decade...and that was his REAL name? He, like "The Time" didnt own the rights to their name. Prince found the group, it's name and almost all the songs were written by him too (including this one). Basically he was "The Time". Don't know if its about money or power but either way he controls it. Saw "The Time" last year, they still got it!
