  • first sanded with 40 and 80, clean all dust and spend the first coat of Staind, I polished with steel wool, Staind passed to the second hand, sanded with 180 and 220 mesh screen and then a coat of polyester and finite, is or so I'm missing something

  • @Gr8tymes1 Applying the urethane, then pulling the excess, remove the edge marks. As well as a high quality poly, will be self leveling and will flatten out nicely.

  • do you use a dry tack cloth or a wet one

  • Depends what type of Poly Urethane your using. If you going with a waterbase a little bit of water just to collect the excess dust. If it's a oil base finish then use a little bit of paint thinner.
