I don't want to argue, no one knows the truth. What about the man who was put under the same scrutiny for simply writing a book. From what I have read and seen, I still believe Amanda is innocent..and if she is not, then I have been fooled.

How devastating.....It is very obvious that the black man did it with his DNA all over the crime sceen. WAKE up and set Amanda and her boy friend free. I don't want to argue, no one knows the truth. What about the man who was put under the same scrutiny for simply writing a book. The guys that wrote the book about the Monster of Florence (Preston and Spezi) are irrelevant to this case. Spezi never spoke one word about it, while Preston lied to the media about Mignini because of publicity. Mignini wrote a letter to a Seatle journalist explaining exactly what happened.
Also remember that in the past 20 years there has been over 30 books written on the Monster of Florence, and all with different prospectives and conclusions. Preston's just one of the many.

It is for Germans not credible that a helpful girl like Amanda should carrying a very big knife.
No German judge would accept a LCN-DNA test from a not certified lab. No German judge would accept a DNA test from a piece that 47 days turned around in the murder room and was touched by contaminated gloves. No German judge would accept that the neighbours heard a scream, because it is technical impossible.

A bright young honor student with a reputation for kindness and honesty goes off to study in Italy and overnight turns into a vicious murderer and liar? Im skeptical. Seems hard to believe without some real proof. I looked all over the net for proof and didnt find it. Found lots of slurs and allegations but all of it shown to be untrue or reasonably refuted. Thats exactly what I have done. I have looked at the judge report and read the reasoning and evidence. Amanda and Raffaele are guilty as sin! There is a substantial amount of evidence and the case against them is watertight
The only reason they are in jail is because they murdered Meredith Kercher

But evedence has to be satisfactory so that it shows/links facts to what has happened and therefore doesn't need to be convincing

@ibster8 accusing another person - is typical criminal behaviour. The police had found hair belonging to an African (black) person at the crime scene, as Perugia is small not many black people live there and thats why the text from Lumumba became suspicious!
Amanda ceased the opportunity and blamed him!
She did not say he would have harmed Meredith - it was not an accusation of hearsay but false witness - she said she saw him go in the room and then she heard Meredith scream!
