  • you were THIS good with only ONE year?!?! good job.

  • dude brian u r one of my favorite free runners. i think ur best apperance was on ninja warrior in japan with Levi Meeuwenberg. dude will u be my buddy please.

  • brazy castard

  • Was this song is realllllly gooood

  • never seen anythng like this...

  • r they part monkey b.c thats inpressivee

  • my friend. i am in love with this. i just wonder. science and doctors say this is absolutely horrible for your joints in your knees... do you believe it is worth sacrificing your knees for potential horrible arthritis in your later years? I think i would... fly while you can. :)

  • Nah, I think his knees will be ok cuz he worked his way up to this point rather than just trying it after seeing it in a video.

  • Dude, your crazy :D. I'm in halfway my 1st year of parkour and I'm 13 so you've given me a goal to reach!

Super Inspiring, makes me wanna try everything and train harder.

I think I saw you at one of the SFPK jams possibly, horray for SFPK!

  • really only one year, this is some really good progress, ridiculous progress really. very fluid.

  • Sick just plain sick brian..... and to think you filmed me for a hour... Sorry if i was short with you durning the "day after" I had a delayed hang over and started feeling really bad. Sorry we didn't get to hang out more.

  • dude if u were in a pursuit

u will defenately get away from the cops

    F the cops

  • The discipline of Parkour should of influenced you in a way that you wouldn't need to run from the cops.

  • True, I probly could. But unless I'm doing something that I shouldn't be doing, there's no need to run from police. Comparatively though, I prefer to think of PK as escaping (in the most extreme scenario) a life or death situation. In said situation, I choose life!

  • How did you get so good at everything in only one year? You're even amazing at acrobatics and stuff? Were you active at all before parkour/free-running?

  • Confidence. If you are good at something, and you remind yourself of that with a "can do" mindset, you can progess quickly.

I was always very athletic in every other sport, but apart from the trampoline in my back yard, I had no prior PK, martial arts, or acrobatic experience. Just train intelligently and diligently.

  • I'm actually speechless, that was utterly amazing.

I really envy you being able to do this.

  • christ, - cant wait to see what you can pull off next year Nosole

    awesome vids

lol - what's the music though?

    an excellent video once again

  • It's in the vid details

  • lol

    yeah -sorry

    jsut saw it

    thanks again

how' you learn to get so awesome though?

did you take some sort of classes?

I saw some of your gym trainning vids.

    they were un-real aswell =D

  • Just went out there and tried it. Self taught for the most part. When I feel myself slowing down I just watch some vids for a spark of interest/creativity and get back into it.

  • wow- absolutely insane

yeah - I've just seriously started Parkour a few months ago

    currently 15

im thinking Im never gonna really have the guts to try the flips though..

still - yeah - I find watching videos gets me pumped aswell

Im SOOO going out later on today =P

    thanks again

  • Do even stress. You're still young and have plenty of time to get better. By the time you are 20, you'll be doing bigger stuff than I am now. Just be patient and practice. If you stay focused, and don't go too big too soon, you'll evolve into it and become an amazing traceur.

Just remember, great athletes get to where they are cuz they bide their time and never bite off more than they can chew.

  • Hey dude, it's Gene. Are there any formal training sessions for PK around the bay area?

  • dude your not human your definatley a monkey

  • Congrats on making it to Ninja Warrior, you did us Traceurs proud!!

  • incredible. i boulder, but have long been fascinated by parkour. great work. glad to see five ten's a sponsor :D

  • whoaaaaaaa

    you're really good!! =oo

I bet you'll be the ninja warrior!!

  • Yeah, Levi and I went to Japan in March for Sasuke 20. The course is a ton of fun!

  • Amazing! Haha, the stuff you come across when you are looking for a random song on youtube! Really good video, the song fits perfectly! =D

  • wow!!!

    excellent!!!!!

    how energetic!!

    really beautiful!!

    i admire you

  • really nice vid.. i love it n keep up the good work!

  • Wow nosole i've seen your name on a couple forums. I can see why 5.10 lets you test their shoes. You are extremely good. I hope with practice i will someday reach your level.

Also, i like your flips, they were nice.

  • same here dude =P

  • pleasure to watch, i love UNKLE to , made it even more great to watch

  • you give me something to aim for my first year. Although I know its bad to compare, I can't wait to see how I turn out after one year. Where ever it is, I will be content, so long as I know I gave it my best effort to improve.

  • Now that's the kind of attitude I like! Just keep your head down and stay focused. Good things come to patient people :)

  • WOAH

  • NoSole, 1 word: SHYAWOOOOOOOOOOOOP!

  • Beautiful!!!

    Absolutely amazing!

  • nice stuff...many injuries in your travels?

how much gym experience do you have?

  • I've bruised my feet a couple times and had some latent and chronic injuries that developed from other sports prior to PK. I usually try to hit the gym once or twice a week, but it doesn't always happen. I started going to the gym June last year, but almost all of this footage was shot prior to that.

  • ohk so basically you're saying that you're just a freak of nature and are abnormally good at this.

haha keep up the good work, can't wait to see another video

  • There's a reason why I subscribe to your vids, and this is it. You sir, are nothing short of awesomeness personified. Favorite'd, 5 stars, and such. :D

  • Haha! Thanks man!

  • Powerful and solid...

At some point it looks a little forced, but maybe it's the editing.
