I believe this technique is a New People's Army sparrow unit novelty not emulated. One firearm instructor commented in his book that this sparrow technique is OSS originated but i do not believe him. Nowhere in the oss history they claim of using this technique. Point shooting, yes, but this one No!

the alex bong kayaw grigade's sparrow unit where very succesful in thier campaing in the late eighties and early nineties.....the fear of every lawman and politician when they had none........nice work i did not know they employed a techniques and modified thier fire arm to do the job very informative........thank you

@markman2025 Absolutely. In another related video on this matter I posted their relentless hits on law enforcement and political figures. Not a single being was safe and even changing your daiy routine to evade their tracking was useless. It was not a question of IF but WHEN you got whacked. I was in college then and the newspapers posted on an almost daily basis their hitman jobs. They blended in perfectly with society. You never knew if one of them might be just beside you.
