great plough bb85 ours lives on rocks nuffn else lasts had it 4 20 years only snaped one leg of it its a shame you cant buy them any more

Thanks for the reply Osty, we have hilly Land here in Ireland where I am but tend to direct cultivate with a rotovator if its too hilly.

Nice Film, thats an old plough though..no reversibles in NZ?
Yeah we have reversables, tend to find them a bit heavy on the steep ground though so 1 way ploughs tend to be more popular.

I haven't seen that style of plowing around mid USA for many years because the topsoil is blown off by the winds. It used to be that we'd plow in the fall and be ready for spring which was a big mistake. Now it's just minimum tillage.
