You could get that Bow for free w/ having Conjuration lv 50+... Just go to Fort Amol (North east of Ivarsteed)... You will have to kill a few Mages and go into the Prison and kill some more..The Book is in the prison in a bucket with a lantern on top of it next to a Book shelf...Your welcome

all ya gotta do is use soul trap on your hoarse, and for some reason doing that will level your conjuration

@oblivian448 Bound bow, it isn't a ''bow'' persay, it's acually a spell tome, a book. You just learn the spell and summon it. There is also an Axe version (Battle) and a 1 handed sword. It also has unlimited arrows.
