I'm not a trucker, but.. I just don't get how they seem to be treated badly and paid relatively badly. Whichever country you're from, truckers keep the country going. I happen to design clutches for trucks but even before this job I've had massive respect for truckers.

I know work as a Design Engineer for Leyland Trucks, part of the Paccar group that own Peterbilt and Kenworth. I design DAF trucks now. Now I'm even finding the trucks themselves quite cool
