Cancer from marijuana is caused by tar that can be cancerous but is unlikely. My grandfather has smoked for 75 years now, cigarettes, 1 pack a day (20 cigarettes) and hasn't gotten cancer. 1 average joint = 4 average cigarettes. Most don't smoke 20 joints a day.
