i LOOOOVE breakin' into houses and wrecking up the place.. stealin shoes... makin' long distance calls.. and most important jammin in the den. who dont love the zippers? take it easy jimbo.. miss whalen, call me anytime.. rip stacy.
Apparently MTV would not show this because of the implication at the end that the house was going to be burned down. The video was completely redone the following year.
I have always been a fan of the 40s sound. I was at Media Play one day, and they were playing this song in the video of when they are in the restaraunt. It got my attention, and I have been a big fan of this band ever since. They are SOOOOO unique!
We did shoot this in the summer of 1996. All thanks go to Norwood as the DP. I handled the lighting on the interior shots. There are some production stills from this on my website but I cannot seem to post a link to it from here...
I love Squirrel Nut Zippers! They are such FANTASTIC artists!!!! I agree with some people...you could have added even more to the video but for what you did it was Great! Thanks for making a good video for a good song!
Thank U 4 this Video planbpro¡

@planbpro I don't get it? What's so harsh about implying burning down the house?
