I'm an Auburn fan, and I can completely understand Jerry's emotion. Auburn hasn't seen this happen to us since 1957. I attend Auburn University, and I saw a lot of tears of joy after we won the SEC championship. Congrats to Oregon and Auburn for such an unforgettable season.

Thanks a bunch madmike! I choke up every time I hear Jerry Allen's voice at the end. His emotions just seem to sum it all up for us Duck fans. Been cheering for Oregon since the 1970s... Went to the 1990 Freedom Bowl, 1995 Rose Bowl, 2002 Fiesta Bowl and even the 2002 Seattle Bowl. But I never thought I'd see this in my life time. GO DUCKS! GO DUCKS!!!!!!!

Jerry Allen's voice at the end makes me tear up. I've been a fan of the Ducks all my life, but I've only lived 22 years (23 in late January), so I've only been really conscious of their existence through most of the glory years.

I wish, I wish, I wish I could say that I'd been a fan of the Ducks long enough that this Championship game was unbelievable. But after 2001, I can only say that it's nine year overdue.

Now let's go beat Auburn and prove that the SEC is O-VER-RA-TED!

I met Michael Clay last year, he stopped by my room to play racket ball with my room mate. Really classy guy and a tremendous player. He broke a few ankles on that run. One of the plays of the year.
